Description

We are hiring from part-time leading to full-time quite rapidly. We do work weekends especially for Commercial cleans and sometimes Carpet Cleaning. We do require open availability. Your cleans will range from Residential, Commercial, and Carpet Cleaning. We do provide some training, but do require you to have some experience in one of these settings. Travel is required between Welland-St Catharines, and sometimes Lincoln. Hourly rate starts at $20 per hour. Shifts range from 3-9 hours. We provide all supplies and equipment, no need to purchase your own. We do require a valid clean criminal record check.

You must have your own reliable vehicle for daily transportation, with space for company provided supplies. We also use microfiber cloths and mopheads, so we do require for you to wash those after each clean.

Responsibilities:

Deep cleans, Standard maintenance, and carpet cleaning
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the owner

Requirements:

Previous experience in house cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
