Description

Kredl's Corner Market is hiring a Garden Center Assistant Team Lead.

Duties include:

Lead by example, display and encourage a positive team environment;
Plan upcoming season and order appropriate supplies;
Plan what to plant and order plants, trees and shrubs;
Prepare Garden Center for opening and closing (Winterization);
Planting, potting and watering;
Unloading orders from trucks/pallets;
Stocking and pricing items;
Customer service, scheduling, follow budget, maintain inventory documents, costing;
Advertising and signage, plans sales and specials;
Administrate Craft Fairs and over see set up;
Order Christmas Trees and wreaths;
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs;
Maintain grounds;
Ability to use a tractor;
Other duties as assigned.
