We are seeking an experienced and strategic tax leader to join our team as the Director of Global Tax reporting directly to the VP Finance As a key member of our finance leadership team you will be responsible for developing and executing Globlal Relays international tax strategy ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations providing expert tax guidance to support the companys growth expansion With a strong focus on tax planning compliance risk management you will lead a team of tax professionals collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes mitigate tax risks
The Director of Global Tax is deeply familiar with international taxation matters direct experience in ultimate Canadian-owned parent businesses with a strong understanding of United States regulations The Director of Global Tax Additionally has familiarity with international taxation principles effectively manage a growing portfolio jurisdictions as globall relay continues scale As the leader o fthe ta xte am this role will not only oversee mentor t he tas function but also play key role promoting ta x literacy awareness across Finan ce Accounting te am And compnay alsowhatsover ensuring that ta x considerations integrated intobusiness decision making diverse stakeholders ha ve clear under standing otax concepts
