Topa is looking for motivated Janitors to join our team on a full-time basis at the K+S Potash Mine Site The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the janitorial team to maintain a clean environment.

Position Title:

Janitorial Step-In Supervisor

Location:

K+S Potash Mine Site

Start Date:

Jan 20th, 2026

Closing:

Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Responsibilities:

• Clean Lobbies, restrooms, offices, walkways, ramps, and stairways of buildings
• Sweep, scrub. Wash, and polish floors and clean rugs
• Dust furniture, wash walls
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
• Empty waste and transport to disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Strip and wax floors
• Other duties as assigned
• Supervise co-workers while performing tasks
• Report discrepancies to management
• Perform Human resources tasks
• Follow up on completed tasks to properly mentor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Problem solving Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Experience working in a similar cleaning or janitorial role is considered an asset
• Must have valid class 5 drivers license

Safety:

Attend, participate, and organize in the following exercises:

• Safety meetings
• Tool box talks
• Site inspections
• Complete FLRA's
