IT Analyst - Quality and Compliance


Within the Digital User Solutions Department, under the responsibility of the Assistant Director, Planning & Management of Digital User Solutions and in close collaboration with other leaders in the sector, you will contribute to the achievement of the results of the Operations and Service Management Department.

More specifically, your role as an IT Analyst, Quality and Compliance will be as follows

  • Your primary responsibility will be to define and continuously manage all compliance and quality elements within the Digital User Solutions department. You will track various IT control points, technology obsolescence as well as the life cycle of our assets.
  • Develop toolkits from corporate tools such as GRC (Hopex) and ITSM (Service Now) and reports to provide insight into all relevant performance indicators and trends for our risks, action plans, compliance and quality items for the Digital User Solutions area.
  • Report to delivery management to provide an overview of performance to compliance and quality elements.
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting on activities of interest to the business teams, as well as to various business and IT stakeholders.
  • Liaise with and report to delivery team managers (coordinators, directors, etc.) to correct performance gaps and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Ensure the implementation and ongoing life cycle management of our IT assets.
  • Ensure the sound management of our service assets, including software assets (licenses)
  • Actively participate in the implementation of our monthly dashboard.

Desired profile

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or any other relevant training at the same level, and 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, Agile methodologies and Lean.
