Responsibilities will include:


  • Implementing feasible, efficient, and sustainable evaluation plans for work connected to the implementation of the YWHO model at sites across the province using a variety of different evaluation tools (such as logic models, theories of change, frameworks, indicator development, data support systems and reporting tools) and approaches (such as developmental, formative and summative).
  • Using and/or developing culturallyrelevant evaluation approaches, methods, and dissemination strategies when working with priority populations (e.g., First Nations, Inuit, and Métis, Francophone, racialized and marginalized communities etc.).
  • Facilitating groupbased dialogue and decisionmaking with diverse stakeholder groups with various levels of evaluation and sector literacy.
  • Linking evaluation findings with continuous quality improvement to inform implementation planning and coaching to sustainable practice and system change.
  • Engaging and working with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing evaluation materials (e.g., data summaries, evaluation reports)
  • Developing methods for and coordinating the collection and management of qualitative and quantitative data (e.g. protocol development, survey development, interview and focus group guides, data storage and quality assurance, coding, analyses, data visualization)
  • Providing and building capacity to sustain systemlevel and provider level evaluation

Qualifications:

This position is located within the GTA and is mostly remote.

Salary Range:
$ $45.31
