We are currently looking for an Operations Training Manager to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.





LOCATION:

Work on-site at the following Radiant locations:

& 12490 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, Ontario

  • 398 Railside Drive, Brampton, ON
  • 1280 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga, ON

Must have a car and a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do:


  • Review / create detailed documentation / SOP's (standard operating procedures) / work instructions / etc. of warehouse processes by evaluating current WMS (Warehouse Management System) related tasks and other warehouse operations tasks with key stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain customer specific procedures and work instructions for both new and existing customers.
  • Incorporate all GMP, regulatory and customer safety guidelines into business processes.
  • Ensure document control standards are in place and maintained.
  • Identify any inefficiencies, procedural bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective actions and continuous business process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct needs and gap analyses to assess and determine training requirements. Create training plans and schedules.
  • Using a variety of training methods, develop, coordinate and conduct jobspecific training for warehouse staff. This includes onboarding of new employees, and conducting training to improve the skills, productivity and quality of work for all employees.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the training to ensure the training initiatives / programs are aligned with business goals and the duties assigned to the employee.
  • Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • College Diploma / University Degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in process documentation in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience with Lean and / or Six Sigma tools and methodologies or similar is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software, i.e., Korber WMS, HighJump.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
  • Analytical and detailoriented.
  • Work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
  • Must have a valid class G driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to travel within GTA (75%).
  • Must be available to work any shift schedule as required.
