About the Role:


The Learning & Development Manager expertly facilitates training as part of the Consulting L&D team and is responsible for the creation, expansion, coordination, project management and delivery of training programs to support Gartner Consulting associates.

Supporting these and other development initiatives, they will help our associates at all levels fulfil their potential through performance development.


What you'll do:


  • Organise logistics and facilitate all Gartner Consulting VLT and inperson trainings including, but not limited to: monthly Gartner Consulting (GC) Way onboarding, Engagement Manager (EM) Skills Week, Quarterly Learning Thursday, Bimonthly Partner Education Series, EM Certification & Celebration
  • Work as a strategic partner within the Consulting L&D team to identify best practices and opportunities to hold inspiring learning sessions that will become 'moments that matter'
  • Identify opportunities and hold virtual live and inperson sessions across the region
  • Review ongoing training offerings and determine scalable solutions and improvements
  • Design/Build/Deliver learning solutions/learning roadmaps and/or associated curriculum across BUs that are in sync with the broader learning strategy, ensuring consistency in partnership and execution
  • Manage multiple development projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose solutions crossfunctionally and/or incorporate business content outside of Consulting
  • Perform/support needs analysis across each region and provide scalable recommendations/solutions to support learning needs of Gartner associates at all levels
  • Partner with BU L&D Teams/Champions, BU stakeholders, senior leadership (local) to drive a holistic and a sustainable culture of learning and development across each region

What you'll need:


  • Proven experience in developing and facilitating adult education/training courses, specifically in sales and/or consulting
  • Background in facilitation and training both inperson and VILT
  • Experience/exposure in managing development initiatives/projects with the ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills with/across all levels of staff and with a global, diverse population
  • Excellent delivery skills along with a professional demeanour and an ability to adapt your approach to suit the audience
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and decisionmaking skills
  • Must have the ability to create and foster organisational change and be a strategic business partner to management and think globally and objectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business or a related field is preferable
  • LMS experience desirable.
