Holiday Ford Lincoln Ltd. is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team

We are searching for an individual with exceptional knowledge of vehicles and their inner workings.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily functions of the parts operations including, procuring, ordering, backorders, core processing and picking of parts.
Assist retail counter, back counter, wholesale and internal customers with their parts needs in a professional manner.
Review body shop estimates and orders to ensure part and price accuracy.
Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
Process credits and parts returns.
Assist in receiving and locating daily and weekly stock orders.
General maintenance of stockroom.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Good understanding of vehicle mechanisms and working systems within. (i.e. steering components, brake system components etc.)
Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various groups.
Ford and Microcat experience would be considered an asset.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding of inventory management systems.
Valid class "G" driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
