Technician to join the
Receivables Department

Your main duties will be to:

  • Make accounting entries related to payments received and enter relevant data into the accounting system.
  • Regularly follow up on cash receipts and bank transfers in the bank accounts and manage deposits for the team
  • Manage followups with clients and internal business partners on client accounts to ensure the integrity of the information.
  • Handle credit card receivables.
  • Assist customers and agents with accounts receivable
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Any other related duties

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have 2 years experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have a DEP/ DEC in accounting or equivalent
  • You are meticulous, rigorous and you wish to evolve in accounting
  • You know how to use the MS Office suite and have good experience in Excel
