Director of Product - Toronto

This key role will lead all content for our e-commerce business including product marketing, site merchandising, online editorial features, social media, and email CRM.
This role reports to the VP Marketing who has overall responsibility for e-commerce.You will own the development and delivery of content across multiple channels that engages, inspires and informs customers with the ultimate goal of driving sales.
You will be responsible for retaining customers and getting them to order from us over and over.You will oversee content for multiple product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners bringing a combination of strong written communication skills, creative thinking project management performance focus.
You are equal parts content strategist merchandiser project manager.Responsibilities:
Product Marketing (30%)
Become an expert on our products their features benefits use cases
Learn about our customers how they use our products
Develop deliver product marketing content including product descriptions sell sheets other collateral as needed both new products existing products
