JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a driven
Project Coordinator to join our team Project Management team in Hamilton.


DUTIES

  • Ensure Client's needs are met in a timely, cost effective, customer serviceoriented manner
  • Assist Project Management team in managing a construction project's process and procedures (such as kickoff meetings, Project Management Information System setups; interdepartmental task requests; assisting with cost forecasting)
  • Manage and Coordinate Project due dates
  • Assist with challenges in the field during system installation per Project Managers' direction
  • Obtain project close out documents as required
  • Keeping Project Management and operations department informed about project status updates and issues that may impact client/fabricator relations
  • Coordination and modification of schedule
  • Maintain construction project files (document management)
  • Submit requests for drawings
  • Other duties as assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid class G Driver's License and vehicle ownership for the full duration of the workterm are required
  • Experience in construction, precast, or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Civil Technology/Construction Management/Civil Engineering Program coop student or relevant construction industry/precast experience is preferred
  • Organized and results oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills and effective problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated time management, scheduling, and negotiations skills
  • Able to multitask and sustain productivity over long hours in a fastpaced environment
