has won a contract opportunity at Shared Services Canada We are currently seeking a seasoned Platform Analyst Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Requirements:


  • Must hold security clearance with the Government of Canada.
  • Must have 10 years experience as a Platform Analyst.
  • Minimum 1 year experience on cloudcomputing projects with the Government of Canada.
  • College diploma in Business Information Tech or University degree at Bachelor level.
  • 5+ years experience in migrating workloads to cloud platforms at scale as well as establishing enterprise roadmaps.
  • 5+ years experience developing for solutions with test automation for data centers.

Statement of Work

  • Develop and document current state documentation as well as statement of requirements for cloud implementation strategy;
  • Execute the departmental cloud migration and adoption plan by implementing Azure/AWS cloud target architecture;
  • Advise SSC on which services could be automated and identify the modifications to the automated processes;
  • Analyze existing platform architecture capabilities and requirements;
  • Enable Azure/AWS Config configuration tracking API activity within deployed Accounts;
  • Define and review SSC infrastructure requirements, develop recommendations to support defined requirements through selection of appropriate platforms and design solutions;
  • Design, review, plan and define cloud strategies and solutions;
  • Support the maintenance and delivery of infrastructure services;
  • Design and support the development and integration of architecture for cloud environment, capable of incorporating large datasets;
  • Support the implementation of external datasets with internal processes and systems;
  • Installs, configure, optimize and monitor technical installations of emerging technologies;
