Saturday and Sunday 8am

Will provide training.

Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc. as defined by Holloway and brand standards.

Responsible forpreventive maintenance of rooms, banquet space, mechanical/ electrical systems and equipment and the effective prioritization/completion of daily maintenance requests working within the department budget and contributing to guest satisfaction and safe and cost effective running of the property as required by company policy.
