To contribute to this goal, you will act as a dedicated technical resource for all pre-sales activities while working closely with the Sales, Business Development, Products and Operations teams.

You will be responsible for answering potential and existing customers' technical questions regarding our cloud computing services.


Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

  • Contribute to business development by acting as the technical resource on questions about Sherweb's portfolio of cloud solutions.
  • Serve as the technical advisor for both the sales team and the potential customer, by understanding the product from both customers perspective and technical
  • Perform technical presentations and demonstrate how Sherweb's solutions will address the customer business requirements related to IT
  • Responsible for resolving general presales tickets.
  • Research functionality and licensing of products we offer to ensure up to date on the particularities
  • Handle basic IaaS projects: Level 1 and 2 submissions (Azure, PC VMWare, Veeam)
  • Help the sales team by assisting on general calls around Veeam and Azure, along with calls and demos for SherWeb's Performance Cloud VMWare solution." Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Assist the sales team to scope projects and finding the solution that meets the customer's needs.
  • Determine, resolve, and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management.
  • Track activity via ticket system and keep up to date to accurately reflect KPIs;
  • Participate in the training required by the sales department;
  • All other related tasks according to organizational needs.
  • Being available to travel in accordance with business requirements.

  • College diploma and/or university degree in technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of presales experience.
  • A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (English /French) is an asset.
  • You adapt well to a continually changing environment.
  • You are analytical and results oriented.
  • You are passionate about learn to use new technology quickly.
