Responsibilities

  • Assist customers virtually in finding the perfect swimwear items for their needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our onlinesale system.
  • Stay updated on current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist online customers.
  • Collaborate with team members through virtual meetings to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional online shopping experiences.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Rep or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm with difficult customers
  • Prior experience in retail
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Clerk
