Responsibilities:

Scheduling and coordination of service repairs
Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance
Issue work orders to technicians
Issue purchase orders to vendors
Responsible for purchasing all parts services and equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs
Act as a backup person to the emergency services calls dispatcher
Perform weekly labour hours entry for payroll
Coordinate daily check in and check out of all field technicians

Requirements:

College or vocational study in business administration, operations, or similar
Must have a positive attitude, experience in dispatch is not necessary but an asset.
At least 3 of experience working in a coordination role preferably within a service company an asset.
