    Asset HSSE Trainer
    Length: 23-Month contract to start

    Rotation: 5/2 Mon-Fri

    Reporting to the Production Training Excellence Lead, the HSSE trainer will, implement HSSE standards by initiating, developing, and execution of training and programs to build capability and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency in line with the clients Safety aspiration for the asset team and contractors.

    Provide HSSE training in alignment with overall training strategy for Asset and contractor as subject matter expertise.
    Lead and manage the documentation, assessment, and certifications of employees and contractors including FLBM assessment.

    Implement and evaluate HSSE expected outcome, with the use of HSSE training and behaviors through in-house and third-party training programs.

    of the concepts, principles, practices and techniques of learning and development, particularly in the context of Safety, adult learners, and workplace development.

    experience to provide technical training expertise to stakeholders with a variety of learning styles and operational experience.
    strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

    by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)

    completion at the undergraduate level with a specialty focus in adult education or an undergraduate level with a certification in adult education or workplace learning.
