Wealth Advice Pricing is part of the dynamic Wealth Advice Solutions & Enablement (WASE) team within Wealth Advice Strategy and Solutions.

We are responsible for Investment Platforms, Technology, Operations and Digital Enablement for PIA, PIC and FP, ensuring alignment with business strategy, profitable management of key flagship products, and exceptional client and wealth advisor experiences.

To deliver a best-in-class investment solutions platform, we focus on product & pricing strategy, development, and management; ongoing advisor / product / pricing / process optimization; P&L management; and distribution support.

Job Details


We are hiring for the position of Manager, Wealth Advice Pricing, to formulate and execute pricing strategy for the Wealth Advice lines of business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wealth Advice Pricing, accountabilities of the Manager role include:


  • Providing thought leadership of TD Wealth's futurestate pricing strategy and capabilities in close collaboration with the lines of business in Wealth Advice
  • Harmonizing fee structures across channels to optimize and simplify
  • Leading new pricing change proposals as a business lead, including overall ownership of business cases, business requirement gathering and change management
  • Standardizing and streamlining fee schedules, discounting frameworks, and pricing exception processes
  • Exploring profit and loss (P&L) analysis of Wealth Advice platforms & products, including development and communication of product/platform analytics, revenue and expense forecasts, key metrics, and leakage
  • In collaboration with key partners, driving revenue growth through clientcentric strategies built on deep consumer insights, data analysis, and differentiated value propositions
  • Anticipating evolving regulatory requirements, monitoring competitive industry trends and innovations in comparable global markets, and championing Wealth Advice's priorities
  • Developing frameworks to better understand detailedlevel allocation of revenue, compensation, and expenses
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are accurate and up to date
Job Requirements

  • Strategic and analytical skills to unlock and capture business value
  • Wealth and Investment management knowledge or experience with expertise in Wealth management platform and offerings and in advicechannel pricing models and analytics
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills and comfort working with crossfunctional teams, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and responsively in a changing and ambiguous environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous learning and being a team player
  • Driven to find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience using data and analytics to support decisionmaking
