- Participate in the product design of various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industry
- Source suppliers around the world to help us bring our new concepts to life with the highest quality in a cost-efficient manner
- Resolve complex technical challenges, whether on the aspect of the product or subassemblies; often this includes designing test jigs and procedures and documenting its results
- Assist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions and often collaborate with them to implement improvements
- A solid academic background (Bachelor's Degree or DEC) in the mechanical, electrical, or software field
- Ability to analyze customers' needs and meet difficult technical challenges and tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
- Bilingualism
