You will come up with innovative ideas to update and upgrade our product lines. The engineering team at Neptronic works in three different disciplines (mechanical, hardware, and firmware) and performs different tests to ensure our product designs meet the requirements of our global markets. Join a team of dynamic and innovative engineers who are focused on creatively and comprehensively solving the ever-evolving technical challenges of our industry

On a typical day you will...

1. Participate in the product design of various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industry
2. Source suppliers around the world to help us bring our new concepts to life with the highest quality in a cost-efficient manner
3. Resolve complex technical challenges, whether on the aspect of the product or subassemblies; often this includes designing test jigs and procedures and documenting its results
4. Assist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions and often collaborate with them to implement improvements

What we look for...

Your qualifications:

• A solid academic background (Bachelor's Degree or DEC) in the mechanical, electrical, or software field
• Ability to analyze customers' needs and meet difficult technical challenges and tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Your assets:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
• Bilingualism
