We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our community-based organization in Cranbrook Alberta. As a Program Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting research to better serve immigrant communities, planning events that promote cultural exchange, and developing marketing content.

About The Role

• Conducting research is an essential aspect of this role. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify the needs of immigrant communities and develop strategies to address them.


• You will also plan events that bring together people from diverse backgrounds. These events can include cultural festivals, workshops, or other activities that promote cross-cultural understanding.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will need to interact with colleagues and external partners on a regular basis.
