We're searching for a Restaurant Manager that has the skills and the hospitality to be an asset to our restaurant group.

You will work with a restaurant team where we prioritize great culture, respect and take pride in providing genuinely memorable guest experiences.

The Manager is responsible for optimizing operations, team building, cost controls, administration and floor management during service. They are responsible for staff development with their ultimate goal of creating future managers and a cohesive team environment.

The ideal manager would be a resourceful, process-oriented problem solver, who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and organizational skills.


What Are We Looking For?:


  • Has a SmartServe certification
  • Has a flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays according to restaurant needs
  • Has 1+ years of management experience in a refined restaurant environment
  • Has 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Motivated learner when it comes to technology, software and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problemsolving skills
  • Working towards or completion of education focused in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or related field (bonus)

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure highquality food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
  • Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
