Conavi Medical's Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of a patient's coronary arteries using both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technologies.

If you would like to be a part of a growing and talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the establishment of Conavi's brand with interventional cardiologists and hospitals across the US and Canada.

In this position, you will:

Coordinate Conavi's participation in conferences and seminars including booking space, preparing materials, and scheduling Conavi staff attendees
Research and distribute market data and intelligence
Facilitate and contribute to the design and creation of marketing materials including conference booth design and materials
Administer Conavi's Clinical Advisory Board including meeting arrangements, Board member agreements and payments
Manage Conavi's social media and website content
Support sales efforts with the writing of promotional materials, coordination of promotional campaigns, creating Purchase Orders or quotes, and coordinating shipping of materials or product
Author and distribute corporate communications
Ensure the compliance of sales and marketing material in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements

You possess the following qualifications:

College diploma/university degree in business, marketing, or communications
An understanding of engineering and/or healthcare products/industries
Experience with Adobe Suite or other marketing content creation tools is an asset
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing regardless of audience or medium
Thorough analytical and problemsolving skills
Handles multiple priorities efficiently
Ability to travel including possessing the necessary government authorizations for North America
