A meat processing specialist is sought to join our team in Prince George, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, deboning and grinding various types of meat according to customer specifications and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of meat processing techniques, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Safely package processed meats for retail and wholesale distribution ensuring proper labeling weight presentation

1. • Inspect meat products quality ensuring compliance with food safety regulations & company guidelines
2. • Operate maintain meat processing equipment saws grinders slicers while ensuring all machinery properly cleaned sanitized
