Job Opportunity: Geotechnical Engineer for Tunneling and Trenchless Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in British Columbia Operations. This role could be based in Victoria, Vancouver, or Kamloops, depending on the successful candidate's location.

The ideal candidate will have specialized experience with and in-depth knowledge of Tunneling and Trenchless Technologies. They will work on varied projects, develop their skills with guidance and mentorship from our senior team members, and contribute to delivering high-value solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical investigations; perform structural design; install instrumentation for cut-and-cover, mined, and mechanized tunnels;


• Design temporary portal shoring using concrete tangent piles; implement soil nailing techniques;


• Create directional drilled pipeline crossings designs;
  


• Evaluate stability conditions; assess surface settlements and damage to structures;
  


• P prepare detailed geotechnical baseline reports.
