ASL Distribution Services Limited is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.


HOURS OF WORK: 8am to 5pm


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and analyze client orders in a timely fashion;
  • Answering customer calls
  • Investigating inquiries
  • Providing solutions to customer issues

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service is required (at least 2 years);
  • Goal oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results;
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
  • Ability to plan, organize, multitask, and prioritize in a fastpaced environment;
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot through problems/issues and perform tasks in a cohesive manner;
  • Overtime may be required during peak times
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization and planning skills;
  • 2 month contract with possibility for extension- Please note that you will be required to register with one of our temporary agencies.
