KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The FOX eCom team is looking for an intern to support our North American eCommerce growth through our 10week summer Embark Intern Program (June August).

The eCommerce Coordinator Intern is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact to our bottom line, while improving our effectiveness and the customer experience.

Your efforts will directly affect the performance of our team and the company.

Are you a quick learner who wants to get their hands dirty? Now's your chance to get in on the ground level and gain advanced skills in Shopify, business management, and inventory allocation, to name a few.

This role reports to the eCommerce Sr.

Manager at the Burnaby Office, walking distance from the Production Way SkyTrain Station and next to the Burnaby Mountain bike trails.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities To learn, try, grow, win, lose and be challenged within the eCommerce team to further your knowledge in the industry To be a significant contributor to our eCommerce team. Your insight, support, research and dedication will provide guidance to our team and internal partners. Support our OE, B2B and Brand website maintenance of our North American stores Support in North American website and product launches planned throughout the summer Assist in the delivery of our weekly KPI reports. Try your hand at Web design updates (banner/product image changes, navigations and collection creation) Collaborate with all departments across our global officesSecondary Responsibilities Aid in the analysis of data to improve site changes Digital Marketing alongside marketing department Site merchandizing New eCommerce initiative support (launching global sites and products)
REQUIREMENTS:

We value both educational and personal experiences and welcome applicants who understand or want to understand the fundamentals of eCommerce. Along with some eCommerce experience strong computer proficiency and an intermediate understanding of Excel formulas is essential.

Experience with Shopify or similar platform (Magento, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce) is an asset but not a deal breaker Comfortable with new technology and marketing practices Strong drive and passion to succeed Resilience and the ability to learn from failure A desire to learn and grow with the team Confident and not scared to speak their opinion to the team Selfmotivated hard worker who jumps in to help wherever possible Interested in both the business and infrastructure required to run a successful eCommerce operationNice to haves Knowledge or interest in the bike industry Any personal or corporate marketing, website, blog or eCommerce experienceKnowledge of PIM software (Akeneo or others) Proficient English writing in a customer/public facing settingCompetencies: Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties. Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a college/university degree program. Some positions may require prerequisite college courses.

Experience:

0 2 years of experience with previous internship programs or general work experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office or production/manufacturing environment depending on assignment

May be required to lift 20 lbs. frequently

May be required to walk, stand, sit, bend and/or lift for long periods of time.
