Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with Project Managers to review installation schedule regularly
  • Assist head of installation team to better meet manpower and scheduling needs
  • Communicate with installation team frequently to provide feedback on expectations at jobsite
  • Coordinate with contractors to support FPS installation projects
  • Verify contractors' hours and expenses
  • Support the Director of Plant Operations with issues related to installation

Qualification, Skills & Abilities:


  • Diplomas graduate with 1 year working experience.
  • Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a preference for the ability to effectively communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Ability in scheduling, meeting arrangement, record keeping highly preferred.
