Injection Mold Operator, you will take pride in knowing you helped create quality products that are enjoyed by customers internationally.

We operate 3 shifts
- days, afternoons, and midnights.

  • Day and afternoon shift
  • Monday-Friday, occasional overtime on Saturdays
  • Overnight shift
  • Sunday-Thursday, occasional overtime on Fridays
  • Flexibility to cover all three shifts is required.
  • Shift preference will be accommodated as best we can in accordance with availability and staffing needs.
  • Safety Shoes are required._

Your Responsibilities:

The Injection Mold Operator safely operates and monitors the line which produces the final product.

How does this look? You will be:

  • Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting all necessary equipment.
  • Monitoring production for accuracy, efficiency, and scrap levels; ensuring product quality meets customer standards.
  • Make recommendations for process and cost improvements.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties and organization of the workspace and surrounding area throughout your shift.
  • Assisting other operators in startup, shutdown and change over procedure.
  • Contacting maintenance in a timely fashion when problems arise.
  • Filling out all reports supplying information to needed areas on the product produced.
  • Working with team to achieve goaloriented batch targets.
  • Training current and new employees.
  • Other duties as needed or when the line is down.

Your Qualifications:


  • 15 years experience preferred
  • Understanding of machine safety, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic functions
  • Understanding of basic machine functions, setting and testing machine functions and process changes
  • Timemanagement skills and positive attitude
  • Good physical stamina:
o Standing for the duration of your shift

o Able to lift more than 30 lbs.

o Working in the heat

o Fast-paced and high-pressure work environment

  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
