Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service key wholesale accounts (approximately 25 active)
  • Administer transactions inclusive of (word, excel skills required
  • Placing customer orders with vendors
  • Tracking orders
  • Produce Sales Orders internally for inventory items
  • Sending Payment Request to customers
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining a schedule
  • Receiving items into the system
  • Invoicing upon payment
  • Maintaining Annual logs of all orders and transactions of all pool and hot tubs sales
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their outstanding orders.
  • Work directly with our vendors and carriers to coordinate and organize shipments and or deliveries of product
  • Provide quotes to dealers for product
  • Complete annualized price list and updated pricing for products
  • Lunch coverage at the front desk
  • Assist with DPS when needed (phone calls)

Business Equipment and Computer Applications
MS Excel; MS Word; Electronic Mail, MS Outlook; High ability in internet use and general computer skills


Additional Skills
Provide basic information for clients and the public; aptitude and curiosity for learning new things; Some technical knowledge required.


Work Setting
Office environment. Wholesale establishment/distribution center.
