Key Responsibilities
- Customer service key wholesale accounts (approximately 25 active)
- Administer transactions inclusive of (word, excel skills required
- Placing customer orders with vendors
- Tracking orders
- Produce Sales Orders internally for inventory items
- Sending Payment Request to customers
- Coordinating deliveries and maintaining a schedule
- Receiving items into the system
- Invoicing upon payment
- Maintaining Annual logs of all orders and transactions of all pool and hot tubs sales
- Provide updates to customers regarding their outstanding orders.
- Work directly with our vendors and carriers to coordinate and organize shipments and or deliveries of product
- Provide quotes to dealers for product
- Complete annualized price list and updated pricing for products
- Lunch coverage at the front desk
- Assist with DPS when needed (phone calls)
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
MS Excel; MS Word; Electronic Mail, MS Outlook; High ability in internet use and general computer skills
Additional Skills
Provide basic information for clients and the public; aptitude and curiosity for learning new things; Some technical knowledge required.
