Unified LLP is a full-service law firm for unions located in downtown Toronto. Our Labour Law team is currently seeking a driven and team-oriented lawyer with solid litigation experience and a passion for matters related to labour law and professional regulation.

Our Labour department exclusively represents unions and their members before arbitration boards, labour relations boards, professional regulators, tribunals, and Courts.

Within this work we provide extensive legal services and advocacy for individuals and organizations in a variety of matters including, but not limited to, grievance arbitrations, college complaints, collective bargaining agreements, class actions, and human rights complaints.

Unified LLP offers a competitive compensation structure to its lawyers including health benefits. We are currently seeking a lawyer with 1-5 years of experience.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$130,000 annually but is negotiable and will be highly dependent on experience and year of call.

Experience litigating before tribunals or Courts.
A demonstrated commitment to social justice issues.
Strong technical legal knowledge, excellent judgment, and strong analytical and drafting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work well in a variety of teams.
Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional academic credentials.
