Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential car buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with potential customers
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide an excellent buying experience
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable deals
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Sales management skills to effectively manage the sales process from start to finish
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base
- Ability to upsell additional products and services to increase revenue
