We are a small, locally owned screen-printing and embroidery company that has been serving businesses, organizations, and teams with high-quality decorated apparel and promotional products.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and is interested in both the sales and the custom apparel business.
The Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business, supporting existing clients, and ensuring finished products are client-ready.
Key Responsibilities- Actively prospect and develop relationships with new clients, including businesses, schools, teams, and organizations
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Assist clients with product selection, apparel styles, and decoration options (screen-printing and embroidery)
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with production to ensure feasibility
- Clean embroidery product to prepare for client presentation (trimming threads, removing markings, quality check)
- Organize client product for distribution, including sorting, packaging, and labeling orders
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
- Represent the company professionally in person, over the phone, and via email
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order tracking systems)
- Interest in apparel, branding, or promotional products is a plus
