Wollaston Lake Lodge 2024

Wollaston Lake Lodge is an Orvis Endorsed catch and release fishing lodge in Northern Saskatchewan.

For over 24 years, we have hosted world class fishing trips for our guests from the beginning of June until the end of August.

On average there is about 50 guests in camp at a time and we will host up to 800 guests in a season.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cook food in a timely manner
• Inform wait staff about menu changes
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Complete plated service for guests according to chits
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Prep food and gather the necessary ingredients for following dinner
• Check quality and quantity of grocery orders received
• Monitory sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards andregulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service (1 Year)
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 1 Year)
• Ability to read chits and complete plated service
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Work well unsupervised
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests
• Hard worker
• Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 10hour shift. Tasks requireconsistent use of both arms and legs.
• Must be willing to tolerate working outdoors and seasonal weather conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the Canada on a fulltime basis for any employer

• Weekends

Salary:
$14.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (required)
