Job Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead with Guidewire Ace certification to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for working on the successful implementation and maintenance of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, combined with your leadership abilities, will play a crucial role in delivering highquality solutions and ensuring client happiness.

Job Requirement:

Should have more than 12 years of experience working in the software development space and more than 6 to 7 years of experience working in Guidewire and Policy Center.
Guidewire Ace certification is required.
Experienced in new LOB configuration experience in PolicyCenter.
Indepth experience in Guidewire Cloud engagement.
Demonstrable experience in implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions in multiple projects.
Deep technical expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and customization.
Proficient in Java programming language and web technologies (J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST).
Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical issues.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multifunctional teams and clients.
Ability to prioritize and deliver highquality results within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:

Lead the endtoend implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and postproduction support.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and testers to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet clientspecific business needs, including product configuration, screen configuration, rules configuration, and integration development.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter with external systems and ensure seamless data exchange.
Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
Fix and resolve sophisticated technical issues related to Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.
Collaborate with customers to identify process improvement opportunities and supply to improving Guidewire PolicyCenter capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest Guidewire PolicyCenter releases, features, and functionalities and provide recommendations for their implementation.
