NetZero Solar provides greener energy solutions for the future with licensed installation services for residential and commercial properties on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.


Role Description


The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing and executing sales strategies while managing sales operations and leading the sales team.

They are also responsible for overall account management and business development to achieve revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Proven account management skills, including the ability to create and maintain longterm customer relationships
  • Experience in sales operations, including the ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast sales
  • Sales management experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
  • Business development skills, including the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the solar industry preferred
