Excellent PART-TIME opportunity for amature individual within a fast paced, high profile natural health practice. Located in Brooklin. No medical experience required, but natural health care interest and experience is an asset. Customer service industry experience is also an asset.
Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, with approximately 15+ hours per week to start with the possibility to add more in the near future.
Looking for someone with flexibility to workdaytime and
evening shifts. Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting patients cordially and professionally
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Collecting payments and billing to insurance
- Assisting the doctor in clinical procedures
- Cleaning tasks for COVID19 procedures, and protocols for during shift and end of day
- Keeping the office organized and professional.
Assets required:
- Experience with JANE booking system
- Positive energy, outgoing personality,
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Great work ethic
- Punctuality and
flexibility a must - Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask in a very busy office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focused and disciplined jobfirst priority
- Comfortable collecting fees.
