Rotation/Shifts:


  • Days and evenings, including weekends, 6 and 8 hour shifts (07:0015:00, 15:0021:00).

Basic Requirements:


  • Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
  • Successful completion of TOH medical terminology selfdirected learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
  • Six (6) months clerical experience or graduate from a medical secretary program from an accredited college;
  • Knowledge of computers;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
  • Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and Englishspeaking clients.
