Millwoods Common Sobeys is a Grocery retail industry

The Front End Supervisor/Customer service is responsible for ensuring superior customer service by coaching and developing friendly well-trained staff. This role is also responsible for the supervision of all front end staff, cashiers and courtesy clerks. You will actively contribute to employee and customer engagement.

The frontend supervisor demonstrates a strong work ethic and leads by example while following all company standards and policies that are in place.

This role is also responsible for some administration duties, customer service, cash handling, scheduling, training, ordering.

Must be available to work week days, evenings, weekends and holidays to fit the needs of the business. Previous experience is preferred. Due to the amount of applicants only qualified applicants will be contacted for further interviewing.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
