Description

• Coordinate, oversee and monitor logistics of movement of products within the organization and ensure its timely dispatch and receipt.
• Coordinate the inbound and outbound orders to and from multiple warehouses within Canada & US
• Generate shipping and receiving documentation according to company policies and customer order instructions
• Manage the inventory of assigned accounts based on the actual shipping and receiving of goods, and update WMS & TMS
• Conduct regular audits on assigned accounts to ensure accuracy to meet customer's needs and expectations
• Bill and invoice customers in a timely manner based on preexisting contracts
• Coordinate and work with internal teams such as transportation, IT, and Operations
• Resolve internal and external escalations by investigating the root cause and recommending solutions
• Coordinate with supervisors/managers to create, update, and maintain SOPs

• Familiarity with transport management system(TMS)
