Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, washers, dryers, and microwaves.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of appliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and labor hours.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry safety standards, at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of appliances.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances as needed.
