    Description

    We are the largest locally owned pizza franchise operating in Nova Scotia. The success of the Lower Sackville location (opened in 1992) inspired a second location to follow in Dartmouth and in the following years, several more franchise locations opened. Our reputation for quality food and service quickly spread and we anticipate further growth in the near future.

    One of our main priorities is to ensure that customers receive quality products of top value and excellent customer service. To ensure that quality products are delivered, we insist on using only the freshest of meats, produce and dairy in our recipes. Produce is delivered frequently throughout the week to all of our franchises and our famous pizza dough and mouth‑watering tomato sauce are prepared daily to please our customers with the freshest of standards.

    Main Job Duties:


    We are currently looking for a dedicated, driven and hard working Administrative Manager to work with us.

    • Co‑ordinate administrative services
    • Conduct research
    • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
    • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
    • Manage knowledge
    • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
    • Manage events
    • Organize and maintain inventory
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff
