Job summary
This is an opportunity to join a Challenger Bank as a People Projects & Change Management Intern. You will play a key role in supporting initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE PROGRAM (BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGY HR OR COMMS PROGRAMS ARE A POSITIVE BUT WE WELCOME APPLICANTS FROM ANY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND)
- Strong proficiency using MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word) AND DIGITAL TOOLS (CANVA MURAL ETC.)
