Job purpose
The successful individual will contribute towards the organization and overall functioning of the administrative department while working as a collaborative team member.
This position is integral to the overall success of the organization and manages all administrative tasks within the office environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Creation of new client files
- Managing the mailing and faxing for the organization
- Maintains an organized and effective filing system
- Researches archive databases to obtain necessary information
- Assists in periodic marketing tasks
- Completes administrative duties for Analysts and Senior Staff within the company
Qualifications
- Must have at minimum high school degree, GED or equivalent; college diploma would be considered an asset
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Must be profficiant with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have general computer knowledge. Experience with Filemaker Pro would be considered an asset
- Customer service experience considered an asset
- Must have proven ability to handle multiple functions at any given time
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize
- Works well within a team environment
- The successful individual would be extremely detail oriented
Salary:
$35,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
