This position is on sire in Stayner, ON location.


What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinate product & material delivery to and from the manufacturing partners, facilities & suppliers.
  • Manage open purchase orders, PIR setup for all CMO items, evaluate contract pricing for all PIR setup follow up delivery dates, and raise any delays
  • Review and maintain realtime inventory transaction in SAP
  • Build and distribute weekly reports/ inventory analysis
  • Manage daytoday communication on shipments with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation required for picking, shipping, and receiving is accurate and timely shared
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with the suppliers, manufacturing partner and facilities, and Customer Supply Chain team
  • Support with scheduling internal/ external meetings to drive scope of services, capturing notes/tracker for tasks
  • Support for cross functional needs for monthly scorecards, to help identify and resolve issues at CMO to ensure smooth flow of supply of finished goods, schedule monthly meeting with CMO
  • Support supply chain function with other tasks assigned

You'll need to have:


  • Post-Secondary education in Supply chain, Accounting, or Administration preferred
  • 13 years in a supply, logistics, or inventory planning role. Ideally, this experience would be in a manufacturing environment, either in pharmaceuticals or consumer packaged goods, but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using ERP/MRP software
