Description

Growing Food Company in Concord is looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Customer Service Representative whose main objective will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provides accurate information to customers including delivery dates and order summaries
  • Ability to follow up and communicate changes to customers
  • Data entry with close attention to detail
  • Work with internal team to support information flow to customers
  • Preparing reports and data management
  • Manage and adapt to change
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in CSR role in Food industry (definitely an asset)
  • Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in verbal/written English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Great problem solving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
