Growing Food Company in Concord is looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Customer Service Representative whose main objective will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate information to customers including delivery dates and order summaries
- Ability to follow up and communicate changes to customers
- Data entry with close attention to detail
- Work with internal team to support information flow to customers
- Preparing reports and data management
- Manage and adapt to change
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in CSR role in Food industry (definitely an asset)
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
