Responsibilities and Duties

  • Verification of customer invoices.
  • Audit credit card statements and invoices.
  • Track subcontractor invoices.
  • Support with travel invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Support accounting team with general duties.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 23 years bookkeeping/data entry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute concurrent complex multistep tasks.
  • High degree of computer literacy, above average Microsoft excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening skills and ability to collaborate well with others.
  • A selfstarter who is able to work well independently and under pressure.
Ability to analyze data to check for errors and inaccuracies


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
