Account Manager and Investment Product Administrator

The Investment Product Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service.

What we need you to do:
Reporting directly to the Regional Office Manager, support our winning team in the Ontario Region by:
Account Manager Duties
Identify discrepancies and address any issues with the broker and/or insurance carriers
Provide underwriting feedback to brokers on carrier products, policies and requirements
Consistently follow-up on cases and obtain medical vendor and carrier requirements from the brokers; communicate decisions to brokers
Support brokers on new carrier policies, regulatory changes and HUB updates
Investment Product Administrator Duties
Process incoming segregated fund trades. This includes new account opening, non-financial trades, and investment transfers.
Follow-up on business transactions, data entry, account updates, account openings, and process transfers.
Assist advisors with investment trading and any inquiries and concerns that arise.
Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Identify and correct transaction errors as required.
Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of the advisors.
Other duties as assigned.
What will it take to do good work at HUB:
Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive broker experiences
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Industry related experience an asset
Minimum high school; Post-secondary preferred
Working Conditions
