Duties:

• Perform dreadlock hair styling services in our private studio for dreadlocks for all hair textures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
• Engage in retail sales of hair care products
• Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to salon standards
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction

Experience:

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to upsell products and services to clients
• Experience in front desk duties is a plus
• Knowledge of retail sales practices within a salon setting
• Proficiency in sanitizing tools and work areas
• Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service
