Job Summary
You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous,and timely manner.
As a Bartender you will:
- Set up assigned bars and stock all beer wine spirits paper products straws stirrers condiments glassware ice and produce
- Maintain stock prepare cure and store all fresh fruit vegetable garnishes juices other perishables ensure product quality
- Take process orders drinks mix garnish present drinks using standard ingredient recipes practice prudent portion control
- CHECK GUESTS AT THE BAR FOR PROPER IDENTIFICATIONLI LOCK UP AND STORE ALL BEVERAGE PRODUCT FOOD EQUIPMENT ITEMS AND DEPOSITS LI PERFORM GENERAL CLEANING TASKS ADHERE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN ORGANIZED LI ADRHE TO PROVINCIAL CORPORATE LIQUOR REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO SERVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MINORS INTOXICATED GUESTSLI ARRANGE BOTTLES GLASSES MAINTAIN ATTRACTIVE DISPLAY IN BAR AREALi>
